Incredible and easy location minutes from The Willow Tea Rooms. Positioned in the relaxing area, really close to the restaurant, the big museums to the west -the Kelvingrove and all bars. Central heating, an iron and an electronic...

The restaurant impressed with perfectly cooked steaks and an inviting ambiance. The Classic King Room featured stylish decor that created a cozy atmosphere.
The water pressure in the room was shockingly low, and the hot water frequently cut out. Breakfast service took an eternity, resulting in an overcooked meal that missed the mark. Dinner starters were a letdown too. The scallops felt lonely on the plate and lacked flavor while the vegetables served with the mains arrived cold and undercooked. The needed deposit stirred some uncomfortable vibes, and having to adjust key cards just to take the stairs felt a bit over the top. A top-tier hotel should probably provide better coffee options rather than relying on those old sachets.

I had a lovely time in the Signature Suite, especially enjoying the well-stocked mini bar and the peppermint tea that's hard to find elsewhere. The on-site spa and cozy lounge provided perfect spots for unwinding after a busy day. Just a heads up, the shower setup was different than expected with a wet room, but it didn't spoil my stay at all 😊
